Background: Lung cancer is a disease of the respiratory system that gets special attention because World Health Organization (WHO) has reported in 2018, lung was with highest number morbidity and mortality rate world. There are several types cancer, one which adenocarcinoma, accounts for about 40% all cancers. In its management, cells often develop resistance to EGFR TKI drugs while Cisplatin Crizotinib have quite dangerous side effects, namely bradycardia cardiotoxicity.Methods: The method used literature review sources form relevant article from search engine such as Pubmed Google Scholar contain keyword “ARL4C ASO-1316”, “lung adenocarcinoma”, “PAMAM Dendrimer Generasi 4” “anti SFTPB antibody”.Result: ability ARL4C ASO-1316 inhibiting division migration adenocarcinoma been proven vivo vitro so it can provide hope new modalities treatment adenocarcinoma. addition, combination PAMAM G4-Anti carrier increase deliver reach target tissues rapidly maximum effect adenocarcinoma.Conclusion : Adenosine diphosphate-ribosylation like 4c antisense oligonuclotide-1316 polyamidoamine dendrimer generation 4-anti surfactant protein b should novel approaches insights
